Roger Goodell pushes for full-season ban for Deshaun Watson

The NFL's appeal of the six-game suspension imposed on Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is one of the main challenges that the league is currently dealing with.

According to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, Deshaun Watson of the Cleveland Browns should receive tougher discipline for his "egregious" and "predatory" actions.

Goodell discussed the NFL's appeal of Watson's suspension handed down by former federal judge Sue L. Robinson at an owners meeting in Minneapolis.

Watson was given a six-game suspension by Robinson. At a minimum, a complete season's suspension was what the NFL had requested.

Peter C. Harvey, a former attorney general of New Jersey, was chosen by Goodell to hear the NFL's appeal.

Watson has always refuted the charges.According to Watson, "I've never physically abused, disrespected, or bothered any woman in my life." "I don't regret anything,"
