ESPN reports that Konnor McClain won the all-around gold at the national championships with a great two-day performance.

McClain was a close second to Jones after the first day of competition, but Jones fell off the balancing beam, and McClain overtook her.

Even though the gold medalist maintained the lead for the remainder of the competition, the outcome depended on the last rotation.

The world championships will be held in England later this year, and McClain believes she will be fully prepared.
